As the Account Manager at The Thorburn Group, you bring experience, enthusiasm and inspiration to the agency, leading clients on challenging social media and digital projects. In partnership with the Account Director, you will solve client challenges, manage key clients, lead projects, teams and meetings – facilitating communications with clients and helping formulate ideas that have an impact. You are a go-getter with a can-do work ethic, fearless in taking on challenging assignments. In addition to leading clients, you’ll work with outside media partners in media planning and execution and overseeing smaller projects with guidance from an account mentor. You don’t shy away from commitment and doing what’s right while juggling client expectations, timelines and emotions. And, you’re fully aware that no day is really the same…that means you’re able to roll with situations which aren’t always clear, have some ambiguity and easily handle changes mid-flight with a laugh and a “let’s do this” approach.
