Stamats Communications, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in our Cedar Rapids, IA corporate headquarter
This position is responsible for providing support during the sales and marketing process across all of our b2b brands and products. A core part of the job includes Salesforce, collection of client advertising material, customer support, multitasking, special projects, and analytical skills. Qualified candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and detailed/deadline oriented. You must be able to work well with many different departments in a team environment, but also perform efficiently on your own.
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience:
· Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems to maintain accounts, contacts, notes, activities, and contracts. The accuracy of contracts with pricing detail, products, point of contact, order dates for our sales team is crucial.
· Strong computer, highly organized, multitask multiple projects, accuracy, deadline oriented, query/analytical skills required
· Proficiencies in Excel, MS office, and data management. Email and previous experience in a sales-related capacity is a plus.
· Provide timely customer service and communication via phone or email to all internal teams, sales, and clients in a professional, positive, and respectful manner.
· Create a trustworthy and positive working environment with sales and your co-workers.
